UNIQA Insurance is a part of the UNIQA Group, one of the leading insurance groups in Austria, as well as Central and Eastern Europe.

UNIQA started with its activities on the Montenegrin market in February 2008, through the company UNIQA Life Insurance JSC Podgorica, following the takeover of Zepter Insurance. In June of that year, UNIQA Non-Life Insurance JSC Podgorica was established as well.
